Awards

Prizes will be awarded to the top two male and female finishers. Awards will be given to the top two finishers in the following age groups: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over.

The post-race awards ceremony begins at 9:00 am. Please stay after the race for great refreshments and raffle prizes, generously donated by local vendors.

ChronoTrack Timing and Scoring

Transponder timing, operated by Capital Running Company, will be used to score the 5K race. The system uses a computer "tag" which must be tied to each runner's shoelaces. The "tag" records the exact time a runner crosses the starting line and the finish line, resulting in a net time for each runner. The D-tag is disposable. Overall awards will be based upon clock time and age group awards will be based upon transponder times.

ChampionChips CANNOT be used.
